Synthesis and antibacterial activity of some indane derivatives

A series of indeno[1,2-c]pyridazin-3,5-dione, indeno[1,2-d]-1,3-diazepine and indanylidene acetamide derivatives were synthesised. Most of the prepared compounds were found to possess antibacterial activity.
