A series of sulfanilamide Schiff's base inhibitors of CA I and CA II have been studied topologically. The activities of these compounds were correlated with Wiener index and the data were subjected to a classical regression analysis with care to avoid the possibility of chance correlation or colinearity. The results have shown that Wiener index is quite successful in modelling the activities of sulfanilamide Schiff's bases.
