X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) data for six pure fluoroquinolone antibiotic drugs, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, enrofloxacin, ofloxacin, pefloxacin and sparfloxacin, have been obtained using a powder diffractometer. The drugs were scanned from a Bragg angle of 10° to 70°. The obtained data were tabulated in terms of the lattice spacing (angstrem) and relative line intensities (I/II). This new information may be useful for the identification of these drugs.
